This Privacy Policy describes how Azure Serenity LLC ("SweepOps", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services at https://sweepops.co and app.sweepops.co (collectively, the "Service").

Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, email address, company name, and password when you register
- Business information: company name, address, time zone, and operational details
- Client information: names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your cleaning service clients that you enter into the platform
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through our payment provider
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service
- Device information: browser type, IP address, operating system
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication, preference cookies
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Send transactional communications (account confirmations, password resets)
- Send SMS notifications to your clients on your behalf (see Section 3)
- Send email notifications to your clients on your behalf
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
3. SMS Messaging and Opt-In
How clients opt in to SMS notifications
When a cleaning service client provides their phone number to a SweepOps customer (a cleaning business) and books a service, they consent to receive SMS notifications related to their booking. These notifications may include:
- Booking confirmation: confirmation that a cleaning appointment has been scheduled
- Appointment reminders: reminders sent approximately 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning visit
- Appointment updates: notification when the time, date, or address of a scheduled visit changes
- Appointment cancellations: notification when a scheduled visit is canceled
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Clients typically receive 1 to 4 messages per scheduled appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to opt out
Clients can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from SweepOps. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START.

No marketing SMS
SweepOps does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. All SMS messages are transactional and directly related to a booked cleaning service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Google (Calendar integration)
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@sweepops.co.
Client data (phone numbers, names) entered into the platform is retained until you delete it or close your account.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict processing of your information
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
