Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SweepOps platform operated by Azure Serenity LLC ("SweepOps", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://sweepops.co and app.sweepops.co.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

SweepOps is a business management platform for cleaning service companies. The Service includes:

  • Scheduling and dispatch management
  • Client and cleaner directory management
  • Automated SMS and email notifications to clients
  • Google Calendar integration
  • Financial tracking

2. Accounts and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms in order to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. SMS Communications

For SweepOps platform customers (cleaning businesses)

By using the SMS notification feature, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained proper consent from each client whose phone number you enter into the platform
  • Each client has agreed to receive SMS notifications related to their cleaning appointment
  • You will not use the SMS feature to send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited messages
  • You will comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

For clients receiving SMS notifications

If you are a client of a cleaning business that uses SweepOps, you may receive SMS messages related to your scheduled cleaning appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, and updates.

To stop receiving SMS messages: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact the cleaning business directly.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your booking activity.

SweepOps does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your booked cleaning service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to process or store sensitive financial or medical data beyond what is necessary for the cleaning business context

5. Payment and Billing

Access to the Service may require payment of subscription fees. Fees are charged according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

SweepOps and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, and trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://sweepops.co/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), Google Calendar, Resend (email), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AZURE SERENITY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azure Serenity LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@sweepops.co.
